BALGOWNIE BUNKHOUSE

Set amidst open countryside, the Bunkhouse comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests and combines practical group accommodation with warm, welcoming living spaces.

The Bunkhouse features three thoughtfully laid-out en-suite bedrooms:

Heather Room: Sleeps 4, with two sets of bunk beds and its own en-suite shower room.

Thistle Room: Sleeps 5, featuring a double bed with a bunk above, plus an additional set of bunk beds, complete with en-suite facilities.

Braken Room: Sleeps 3, with a set of bunk beds and a single bed, and benefits from an accessible wet-room style en-suite shower room, making it suitable for guests with additional mobility needs.

The heart of the bunkhouse is the spacious open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area, designed for socialising and relaxing together. The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed for self-catering group stays, while the large dining area is perfect for shared meals.

The lounge offers comfortable seating and a cosy wood-burning stove, creating a welcoming atmosphere year-round. Patio doors open directly onto a large outdoor decking area, extending the living space and offering lovely views across the surrounding countryside.

Outside, guests can enjoy a generous decking area for outdoor dining and relaxing, a fire pit area, ideal for evenings under the stars and a handy lockable utility / boot room, perfect for storing outdoor gear, bikes, muddy boots, and coats after a day exploring.
